Hugh Hagan is the co-ordinator for Sudan and South Sudan at Amnesty International France. Based in Paris, he is charged with advocacy of Amnesty’s research and analysis on the two countries, targeting the organization’s 135,000 members in France as well as government officials, politicians, the media and the general public.
