Maram Marshal lives in France and is a Sudanese chef and photographer whose work is deeply rooted in community. Maram studied Business Administration with a focus on Marketing at Ahfad University, and found her true calling in the kitchen. Through Sudanese flavours and shared meals, she reconnects people to home, to each other, and to stories that the war in Sudan has tried to erase.
Her cooking is an expression of gratitude, love for detail, and belief in food as a blessing – one that brings people together, nourishes the soul, and creates moments of collective solidarity.
