
Nisreen Kuku is a Sudanese cultural advocate and designer dedicated to preserving and celebrating Sudan’s rich heritage. Born and raised in Omdurman, Khartoum, she trained in interior design and has since become a leading creative voice interpreting Sudanese history and traditions through art and design.
She is the founder of Kuku Gallery, a platform focused on researching, conserving, and reimagining Sudanese cultural artifacts. Through her work, she brings the stories, symbolism, and craftsmanship of Sudan’s diverse communities to life, ensuring the country’s cultural memory is preserved and shared with the world.
