Yuri is a blogger for Migrant Matters. He is based in Boston, MA, currently working for Harvard Business School as a member of the Social Enterprise Initiative. He has held various positions in the nonprofit sector as well as in higher education. Originally from Brazil, Yuri grew up on Cape Cod and has always had a deep passion and interest in international affairs. He is particularly interested in analyzing the impacts of foreign policy on migration and refugees. Yuri holds a Master of Liberal Arts in International Relations from Harvard Extension School, and a B.S. in Environmental Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
