Rana Bilal is a trauma-informed facilitator of women’s leadership, somatics, and community healing. She works in both Arabic and English, drawing on over 15 years of experience in humanitarian work, facilitation, and cross-cultural leadership. As co-founder of Collective Circles, she supports displaced Sudanese changemakers and communities navigating collapse through spaces of healing, dialogue, and solidarity. Her approach weaves somatic practices, grief rituals, feminist frameworks, and community organizing to create safe and transformative spaces where grief, resilience, and leadership can be held together.
